    What's this on my gun

I shot this glock 19 maybe 4 times about 300 rounds and noticed this when I was poking around my safe. What is this mark and how do I remove it?

It looks like a blood stain. Did you ever cut yourself while shooting? If it is blood stain it won't come out as blood eats the finish.

Oil stain? It's really hard to tell from a picture. Have you tried wiping it down with an oiled rag? That might do it.

                      Another froglube fiasco?

                      That is stainless right????

Maybe try wiping it with vinegar to see if it removes it. Do remove the vinegar and wipe it down with oil afterwards. Vinegar is 5% acid.

It's a nickel boron finish and no I never used frog lube.
