Gunslingers in Glendora or Gunrunners in Duarte are both right off the 210.
Since you are near Palm Springs, have you visited Condor Guns in DHS? The owner is a lady and she posts frequently on CG under the name CONDORGUNS. I have visited the shop and I do like it.
    Good luck.

Oh yea! I live in Banning and have worked in the desert for the last 13 years as well. So I'm very familiar with condor gun shop and I've purchased a few firearms from them as well way back when "dad" ran the shop, in fact my first ffl transfer ever was through them.
I only ask as a project has come up and I'm in Lebec right now doin some preliminary work then heading back home in a few. I actually was born in Arcadia and lived in Duarte up until '91 so it's been a while since out in that area. I think ill try gunrunners on my way back...don't need anything special just a change of scenery is all. Thank you sir!

Haven't been in awhile but I always liked the guys working at Whiskey Tango Firearms in Santa Clarita, didn't care for their hours but they helped me a lot with a rifle build and I have been nothing but happy with it.

Near Santa Clarita, Whiskey Tango Firearms (great store). Based on recent events it is the only store I will be buying from now.

Steer clear of Oak Tree, bad costumer service and usually packed so looking at anything will take a while, although a large selection of guns.

Up in Frazier Park there is a place called Wiley's Armory, good guys up there. I have not been up there in about a year so they could be closed permanently.
