Ever buy Airsoft Accesories for a Real gun?

Some airsoft toys are extremely expensive and sometimes the accessories are perfectly fine just generally more cheaper.

For example scope rails or pressure grip laser sights. Hell even the flashlight+barrel clamp combos for airsoft are like $20. You can throw that onto the tube of your shotgun.

When I got my Walther G22 I stuck an airsoft VFG because I wasn't going to pay $80 dollars for a real one to put on a .22, and I also put my clonepoint on the G22 after I sold my airsoft M4.

Don't buy airsoft accessories for parts that need to be precision and durable. For example, don't buy an airsoft scope rail or rings, especially if it is for a precision rifle. It is fine to get airsoft accessories like forward verticle grips, flashlight/laser mounts, etc.

for un-essential acecesories that don't need to be precisely machine or shock withstanding, yes.

IE

Rail covers
rail protectors
vertical foregrips
slings? (airsoft slings suck, don't bother)

No but I have a crazy friend who uses his real Aimpoint on his paintball gun . Sure it will standup to anything but I feel sick seeing it on there. He is a member here too but i won't name any names. He knows who he is and how I think he is crazy

A friend of mine is actually adapting a 1911 style grip for paintball guns to his AR-15. Said it was easier to just get the paintball frame cause he didn't have to go through legal mumbo jumbo to get it, and it's only $60 for the paintball frame.

And another friend of mine went out and bought the bushnell holosight for his paintball gun after I took him shooting and let him use my FAL with the eotech holosight. Cracks me up cause the sight is worth more than the gun.
