Do FFLs know how to issue a FSC yet?

My HSC was expired so I decided to wait until today to fill out the paperwork. The store I bought my HG from is closed today for the holiday, but I plan to arrive when they open tomorrow.
When I talked to them a week ago they did not know the new procedures and already ran out of HSCs.
My question is: Are they just behind or is FSC system not been rolled out yet?

If you are a hunter and get a license every year you are covered. It costs more than a FSC and are annual but no need for a rest or fee.

They will either not have a clue or have their DOJ username and password. If they have those, they will know what site to go to.

Really folks, we don't need all these FSC threads.

There is sticky in the CA Law forum on the effects, and an active thread in the FFL forum on how they are coping.

If a Calguns member is not him/herself an FFL, that thread should be treated as read-only.
