dumb AK Mag question

I have a used/damaged ak 30rd steel mag. lips are bent badly and renders mag useless, but spring/follower/baseplate are all good.

Are the good parts worth selling or should I just throw everything away?

Parts arent worth anything more than a few bucks if you can find someone to buy them. Takes a lot to ruin beyond use an AK mag.
Cant bend back the body? You can buy bodies cheap.

Left feed lip is fine. right feed lip is bent downwards towards the back. I'm not good with metals and don't want to mess with it. It's 7.62x39.

No way use that mag as a vise block. Now you can stick ur AK in the vise and work on it.
