AR-type pistol + safe handgun test?

Could an AR-type offlist pistol be modified to pass the CA DOJ safe handgun test?
If the DOJ listed it on the "safe handgun" list which one of the 58 DA's
could argue its an illegal assault weapon??
Also i know you can not turn a rifle into a pistol... but could you take
your "safe handgun" and add a 16+ barrel and a rifle stock ??
Now you have a DOJ certified AR-type rifle ??

What would happen if a manufacturer were to submit a BB'ed AR pistol for testing and it passed? Would it end up listed on the Roster?

Don't you need a magazine disconnect and a loaded chamber indicator with the lettering a certain height and color?

I dont think a fixed magazine pistol would need a magazine disconnect.... And i'm sure a loaded chamber indicator could be designed

you`ll have to disable the gas system and dros it as a single shot,that way you bypass the drop test handgun deal.once you get it out of the 10 day wait you can convert back to a semi auto.remember the lower has to be marked pistol when you dros it and have a bb on it.you cant put a stock on it as it`ll be an illegal sbr.

the point of it was to legitimize the oll movement so to preempt the threat of the 12 monkeys oops i mean 58 DAs
