PSA Sux always parts missing

It seems like at least 75% of the time i order lower parts kits from PSA something is missing from the kit. This time it was the buffer detent. Its highly annoying i have to put my build on hold while i wait for weeks for the missing parts.
Never again will i deal with PSA

Ive never ordered from them but I have heard some complaints about the customer service

Some friends and I have ordered 6+ kits from them and never had a problem. I think you just have bad luck op. Or maybe they just don't like you for some reason.
