Here you go. This can go over any terrain, is air mobile, you can put just about anything in it that you want to haul and in a pinch makes a good rest to shoot from.

Folding wagon
I highly recommend the Mighty Hauler Folding Wagon.
It has:
1. 250 lb carrying capacity.
2. Folds up to about the size of a brief case
I purchased one for my youngest son a year ago. It really works incredibly well.Comment

Yep got mine at Costco too... folding in trunk makes it the best choice.Didn't buy it at Target (Costco instead, and for less), but this is essentially the same type of product. Carries everything in one trip and folds nice and compact (for what it is) as well as fits in the trunk with all the gear.

For what?
BLM? Clays? Outdoor? Indoor? Pistols? Rifles? Shotguns? Gear? All of the above?
I've seen different ones for each.Comment

I have the Mac and I just bought the Ozark:
It's the same size open, has a higher weight capacity and folds smaller than the Mac.Comment

The OP does not state specifically where he would use a range cart, but it is easy to infer. Marines annually qualify with a rifle on a range and course of fire that is similar to the civilian highpower range and course, which is fired at 200, 300 and 600 yards. You need to lug your rifle and equipment from your vehicle to the 200 yard line then back to the 300 and 600 yard lines then to your vehicle.sigpicComment
