Problem with buyer...

Been trying to sell my Ruger for awhile. Thought I had it sold, then got this from the buyer:

"I am going to have to retract my offer, I have checked all your posts and it appears you are peddling guns and I have not seen any transactions that have went through with any of your buyers....This scares me a little but since your all the way across the US in California and on top of that you have a PO Box and that is usually a red flag when buying and selling. Sorry but I will have to pass."

What do you guys think?

Tell him his lose and if he were local then meeting at a reasonable ffl of your choice should be fine. Why worry about the headache and move on to another buyer. Peddling guns I don't understand that or the reasoning behind it but like I said I'd move on and let the buyer know thanks for looking and have a nice day.

All the laws in different states keep everyone on edge and that may be what spooked that guy in the end.

Buyer has a problem with being honest and saying what his problem is, so he blames it on you.

You are lucky transaction did not go through and then he develops a bogus complaint... just walk away.

P.O. Box address is always a red flag, just sell locally FTF.

I use a PO Box and has had no effect on with who I buy or sale to. No big deal!
