I read the condor report. There was exactly one bird that died of lead poisoning from a spent projectile.

now that the recent report came out to prove that there has not been any improvements on lead levels in condors in the condor lead-free zone. could that be used to repeal the new law ?

There will always be plenty of so-called scientists whose motivation is more ideological than scientific who will be more than eager to assist.

Has this fact changed California's headlong rush to destroy its economy in the vain attempt to stop global warming? No. They are just doubling down in spite of all the evidence.

Fifty years ago we were told that we needed a massive redistribution of wealth to end poverty. Well we got the massive redistribution of wealth, but there has been no substantive change in the percentage of people living in poverty. All facts showing the utter failure of the welfare state are ignored and we just keep spending more and more for a 'solution' that is doomed to failure.

Liberals don't care about facts. They respond emotionally to situations based on their naive, and unworkable Utopian fantasy worldview. It is more important for them to feel good about themselves for 'doing something' than for that action to actually achieve positive results. They will fight tooth and nail to continue and expand on their actions, regardless of results, because it provides them with an affirmation of their self-appointed moral superiority. They think the are doing something positive and nothing will interfere with that belief. FACTS DO NOT MATTER To them.

Marxism and all its derivative ideologies are unworkable Utopian fantasies that fail because they ignore very basic, fundamental aspects of human nature. It has failed everywhere it has been put in practice; usually with a terrible cost in lost opportunity, liberty and lives. Has that stopped leftists from continually trying to advance their fundamentally flawed ideology? Years ago a co-worker and I got into a discussion of the plight of northern California loggers. With extensive stretches of timber off limits to logging and the demise of timber plants, lots of loggers lost their livelihood. Well, my co-worker said those loggers should just change careers.
Here she is, a health care professional, living high on the hog, driving a Mercedes Benz SUV, suggesting that others change their profession. She doesn't realize that city folk cause the most environmental damage, paving over millions of acres of land that once sustained wildlife. And where does she think the lumber for her 3000 sq foot house comes from ? Out of thin air ? And how would she like it if some event forced her to change occupations? Can she go back to school and learn another trade ? Sheesh, the arrogance of these libs.
