has anyone ordered from Fusion Firearms

I ordered a slide and sights on July 29th.

I've been back and forth with them via e-mail about the status of it after not having any update from them until I wrote them in October (have let all of Aug and Sept pass). It took a few weeks of keeping at it to finally get an "excuse" of finally getting to my order, and it would be out the following week.

Now I'm here a month later after "the following week".

I'm about the pull the plug on these guys and try and retract my credit card transaction.

The customer service is horrible. It would be so easy for them to simply say they are behind on their production, but that's WHY I ordered from them because I was under the impression from their site they had the stuff in stock. Otherwise I would have ordered from Caspian and got something more in line with what I wanted.

I don't even get that from them. I'm starting to think I was scammed.

How is anyone else's experience directly from Fusion.

Lesson learned, order from Midway or Brownell's next time.

I guess my biggest irk is I have had this project sitting waiting to go, and I'm stuck without a slide. I could get something from a donor pistol but it would end up being so much less of a project. I just wanted a higher quality slide.

Oh, the only reason I'm remotely holding onto hope is all the difficulty getting other parts as well from other manufactures.

I presume the whole industry is stretched thin. It's just that Fusion seriously lacks in communication.
