    New Laws 2015?

I've google searched for new california gun laws 2015, but can't find a page that gives any solid news. My question is, is there anything I may have missed that should make me rush to DROS another handgun before the new year? Any good reason to tell the wife why I NEED another gun!!!

    Appreciate any feedback!

For all I know is that
    1. Current SSE will no longer be available.
    2. Handgun Safety Cert. (HSC) will be GONE. If you have one you can use it up to the exp. date on the card. A new Firearm Safety Cert. (FSC) will be taking place. Why? cause in 2015 this card is needed for BOTH handgun and long guns.

    and I HOPE....
in 3 months or so, 10 day waiting period comes to an END (for any guns after the first purchased one) and we can walk in to LGS and come out with one with NO wait!!

Yah that's all I know, I am sure there are MORE.

yes, the microstamping requirement for new roster listings has been effect for around a year or so. since that requirement, there have been no new designs added to the roster and no current manufacturer of handguns has announce plans to start microstamping.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Not necessarily true. It has been found to be unconstitutional to hold a weapon for longer than the background check takes place for subsequent firearm purchases.

Some folks may get lucky with an instantaneous check. Others may end up waiting 3-6 days, or however long it takes to complete the background check.

In any case, the 10-day isn't a new law for 2015. It is an ongoing challenge of existing law.

I'm so over the 10 day wait. was hoping 2015 this would END.
is there a end in sight for it?? I own gun and there is NO F-ing reason I need to wait 10 more Days. Other states do on the spot background check and they walk with a new gun.

Are there any actions being taken to repeal this, it has it just been accepted as unbeatable?

Pena v Lindley. Though who knows if there will ever be a ruling on it.

I take it people who are not aware of our firearms laws are doing nothing to fight them. Just check in periodically for updates.
