Range bag recommendations?

I was wondering what ya'll recommend for a dual range bag? I was looking at the popular setup, that holds two 36" - or + semi autos such as a M4 and a SGL21 AK. I would ideally like a bag that has a central divider, seen alot of copies of the same bag with the back pack straps. Vodoo tactical, Condor, Drago comes to mind.

Personally I like the cases from Ziegal engineering . They are made from aircraft aluminum and cost about twice what the fabric case cost .

Although the cost is double,it is the last case you will ever need. An added advantage is you can chain this case to your trunk hinges,making theft more difficult in case of break in while traveling .

I have the same rifle bag you linked, I've had it a few years now works good for what your looking for holds all the crap I bring to the range. I've packed an AR pistol, 16'' AK and 870 AOW in it. I got it from m and i surplus in Pomona when I lived in California think I paid $70-80 back then.

I've been using the voodoo bag for two years now. I've carried up too 3 rifles 2 pistols some magazines and ammo. Be on a look out they go on sale pretty often. I bought mine for 50$

Cheapest, I've seen em is 77$ shipped for the double 42". 50$! that's a steal.

I have the same Voodoo bag. (not sure if the "enhanced") It's been awesome! Holds tons of stuff.
Been using it for about 5 years now. Rough use. Thrown around garage and truck, my dogs got to it once. No broken zippers or clips.

I got lucky with Sportmans Guide on it. Wasnt listed as Voddoo brand. I think it was $60 give or take.

The Tac-Ops drag bags are pretty much industry standard. Most higher end manufacturers and retailers use Tac-Ops bags and put their logo on them. They are in CA, so you can get them to make you one. They ain't cheap though, but they are REAL drag bags that will do what a drag bag is meant to do--protect your rifle while dragging it through brush and more rugged terrain.

The Voodoo bag usually comes up as the "value" option for this question. It's a decent bag and holds up pretty well for shuttling guns from house to car to range and back on an occasional basis.

If you need a bag for daily use or you intend to use the "backpack" straps and carry the guns for distances, then you may want to step up to a little more bag. 5.11's bag is better built but obviously costs more. And there are others of course.

I have several Voodoo bags and I love them all. I have noticed in some of their newer bags the quality has changed. They went to a different looking type zipper that in my opinion is not a good as the ones they used to use.

I have a Brownells leather carry for my hand guns and ammo. My rifle bag is an OD green that was on sale at fowlers; its a double sided with plenty of pockets and straps.

I LOVE my Drago bag. It fits two rifles (with a center divider) and has two slots for pistols in a separate compartment that you can lock to transport legally. There are outer pockets with zippers, flexible cords, and buckles to secure the items inside. It has buckles everywhere to double-secure every zippered compartment. There is a carry handle as well as backpack straps. I put my AR and my Sig in the bag, along with 400rds of 5.56, eye/ear protection, my cleaning supplies, targets, lunch, toolkit, water bottles, 4 extra magazines, and a handful of other items, and strapped it to my back for a 50 mile motorcycle ride to the range. The bag is 100% secure and I am completely confident having it on my back on my motorcycle. There's enough room to bring everything you need for a day trip, but it isn't bulky at all. If I could change anything on the bag, I wouldn't be able to improve it in any way.

They're normally $70-90, but this weekend I've seen deals for $50-60. Just search around to find a deal, I don't remember which site I saw the $50 sale on. You won't regret buying this bag, it's really a great value even at the $70 normal price.
