Can you please recommend an FFL in NorCal (Bay Area) that is a brick & mortar shop and their transfer charges for both Long guns and Handguns are reasonable (e.g. $60-$70 long gun, $70-$80 hand gun).

What's a Class 1 FFL?

Type 01-FFL = dealer in Title 1 firearms

Class 1 SOT = importer of Title 2 firearms

San Jose Gun Trader. Private in home FFL. They are very easy to work with and fees are quite reasonable. Look them up on here. They work by appointment and you can e-mail Tim or Blair at sjguntrader@gmail.com.
