Went to Metcalf on Sunday for about an hour. Only shot the 91/30.
Went through about 60 rounds at the 50 yd bench. All of the 100s were taken.

Local range on Saturday and Sunday. Saiga .223 and CA legal AR-type rifle (OL & BB). Saiga has new POSP 2.5-5x24 and the AR is just plain new.

Two local PD guys in street clothes came in to work on an AR of their own. They kinda checked out my AR from a distance but didn't say anything. They never saw the Saiga because I had already finished with it by the time they arrived.

Got moved up to Thursday - (so 'sort of' the weekend) -- went with my wife, her friend and friend's husband to Jackson Arms. We shot

~100 rounds of 5.56 miwall through my Bushmaster/Stag OLL HBAR carbine
~30 rounds of .380 though my CZ-83
~50 rounds of 9mm through my Springfield loaded 9mm 1911
~60 rounds of .357 magnum JHP through my new S&W 19-4 snubbie (accurate little @#$#ker, that one!)
~120 rounds of .38 special through my S&W 19-4, 36-nodash, 66-nodash.

...all in all a great shoot. The Jackson Arms crew is really efficient with groups, and I greatly appreciate it.

went out friday, took the bushmaster, remington 597, glock 17
as for round count i didn't keep track. i had to site in the aimpoint on the bushmaster then i needed to test the new mags for the 597, the glock i brought just for fun.

$ yes but well worth it , especially to help validate the driving time .
If I'm gonna drive 2 hours to shoot then I'm gonna shoot for at lest 4 hours !

Went Sunday, Oct 5th out in the national forest up by ice house. Shot my Sig P229 .40, Evil Converted Saiga 12 (god I love that gun), Vector arms AK-47, and one of my AR15's.

Oh, and I brought a first timer chick with me thats shot a handgun, but never rifles before.

I went to United Sportsman in Concord with my Wife and son we shot handguns in the morning and returned after lunch with the rifles.

I shoot my reloads for all of my guns. We went through 150 rounds of 380-, 50 rounds of 44Magnum, 400 rounds of 9MM, 30 rounds of 308 and 300 rounds of 223.

Do you shoot at USI a lot?

I walked down the line a few times to gawk at your ARs, looked like you had one of every method of CA legality in them. BB, MM, U-15 etc... But I was drooling over the FAL. I never had much interest in them before, but with black rifles becoming more and more prevalent at the range I am seeing more FALs and am quickly falling in love with them.

I meant to introduce myself, but you were having a conversation with another chap and I didn't want to interrupt.

I was there with my father breaking in two CMP M44's and a Winchester model 74 that he just picked up. We only went through about 300 rounds (got there late, left early)
