                            Most of the violations seem to have federal implications; wouldn't this probably go to federal court?

                            One of the AK-47 rifles had been reported stolen in the state of Georgia (interstate transport of stolen rifles). All of the rifles were modified to fire in fully-automatic mode (illegal manufacture of a machine gun).

                                                        Where'd the notice come from OP? That was a well written report (compared to all the other lame reports I see), except for the "Possession of High-Capacity Magazines" that they always seem to get wrong .
