Christmas trip to Texas

I have a lot of in-laws in TX and Im taking a trip there in the middle of Dec. I was stationed in Texas until September when I moved to CA and Before I came here I chose to spread my eggs into more than one basket so I left some stuff back there so IF CA ever does door to door confiscations, I wont be totally boned.

Anyways, so I have a few Yugo M92 paps at my sister in laws ranch. Right now they are all stock except one that has a Century SB47 on it. However, I am planning on adding some upgrades when I get there.

Once this is complete, I will take lots of pics to make all of us (myself included once I come home from vacation) jealous. and in a few years when I finish my damn bachelors and I GTFO of CA, this sweet little baby will be waiting for me.

TX is nice, but ironically enough, they are not the best 2A friendly state. AZ is light years better.

Currently yes, but TX has a lot going for it that AZ doesn't. Chief among them is distance from CA (keeps the numbers of CA expatriates reasonable)

Also, TX has 2 bills currently in the works in their state legislature, one for Open Carry and one for Constitutional Carry. I doubt the Constitutional Carry will pass, but the OC has already been guaranteed by the governor elect and nobody is gonna lend their name to fighting that bill after the *** kicking that abortion barbie just got.

ya, I still keep tabs on TX politics. Man I miss it. Even with all the stupid military BS we had to deal with on base (no weapons, no knives longer than 3", 10 million stupid rules...etc), when I was home I was free.

Check out GT Distributors. I only know the one in Austin but I know theres another one up in DFW. Their prices were excellent, inventory was amazing and there is very little FUD spread in their places. FYI its a LEO friendly store and lots of prices you see are for LEO/MIL and its more for civilians but still, great place to visit.
