That's gonna be a tough one to answer. There really is no one size fits all for plinking ammo. Every firearm can behave differently with different ammo. It's best to figure out what yours likes to eat and stick with it.

Ive heard great reviews about that one. I think that will definitely be something to look out for. Hopefully there will be some good sales soon.

Thanks man, Ive heard so many mixed reviews about tula... Its good to hear some feedback upfront. When I first bought the wolf I was hesitant to go for the tula or wolf. Hydro shock.. never heard of it but ill do some research. Thanks man

The only ammo I swear by is the ammo I load

Lord, make me fast and accurate, let my aim be true and my hand faster than those who seek to destroy me, grant me victory over my foes and those that wish to do harm to me and mine, let not my last thought be - 'If I only had my gun'- and Lord if today is truly the day you call me home, let me die in a pile of warm brass,
                Amen

The ammo that functions the best in each particular pistol.

For 9mm plinking ammo, Freedom Munitions is hard to beat. For HD, Federal HST in either 124gr or 147gr is excellent followed by Speer Gold Dots. On the Wolf Gold, I bought 1000 rnds and have been running it through my new Windham SRC. Have shot about 200rnds so far and not one issue whatsoever.

For training ammo, I've never had an issue with PMC.
