Ok, Im not trying to be disgusting of anything but just to show how rediculous things are here in Cali.
It is completely legal for One to take a S*** on the side of the road but One can be arrested for taking a whiz...go figure!
Pretty soon the lawmakers here are going make traditional marriage illegal because it offends all the "daisies" out here.
If women lacked vaginas, men would place bounties on their heads.

Why would you bother to fight with someone to take your money? Just find someone who is willing to take your money without telling you "no I can't take your cash 'cause I don't like where you live". Remember, wether you like it or not, this is the United Sttes of America and we still have a few freedoms like the freedom to choose who we do bussiness with. Even if you don't agree with the reason for his decission, you should be respect his right to be able to do what he is doing. Yes, we all know that he is alienating a large and affluent customer base but, it's his right to do so. It's your right to choose not to do bussiness with him either.

Seems that the seller took that stipulation down from his other Surefire auctions, I took a look them and didn't see anymore anti-Cali rhetoric.

I posted a thread about an Ebay seller who would not sell Mosin Nagant bent bolt conversions to CA a few weeks ago : http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...ht=ebay+seller

I wasn't even wanting to purchase his services, I was just surprised to see it on Ebay, and I contacted him hoping to educate him with the legal stuff, but he turned out to be a very unpleasant CA-hater. He used CA gun laws as an excuse to not ship here, but his issues were more to do with the moral cess-pit we apparently live in, in CA. There is little to no chance of trying to talk to people like this.

Life can make you do many things, even kiss a man with a runny nose.

ha! why do some people buy ferrari when mercedes is just fine. why do some buy HK when glock would do just as well? because some people prefer to spend more and have something that looks and feels alittle nicer!

not to mention you can customize surefires, both with a wide array of custom 3rd party and factory parts. there are a few companies out there that focus on one particular aspect of their flashlights and advertise them to the extreme. and often you only get the cool features with the higher end models. but surefire focuses on all aspects of the design, so you can be sure you are getting a quality flashlight no matter how much you spend on a SF; wether its 50 or 500

besides, 175 is nothing :P forked out over 200 for my L6. but admittedly it was largely due to the fact that SF no longer produces it

I just reproted his item to ebay as an illegal item being sold. If you can't sell to California, don't sell thru a California company(ebay).
