    i get the Big5 bashing thing because they're overpriced..but at least they have they have the gnads to stay in the firearms business-and sell self-loaders bigger than .22 rimfire.

        Is that the Big 5 in Santa Rosa by any chance? If it is I might have to drop by this weekend and see what they have.

          I have bought a decent priced bolt action mulsurp or shotgun here from time to time. My dad bought my grandpa a pistol at Big 5 in the 1970's, we still have it.

                I dunno. The blued Mini isn't horrible. As soon as it goes on one of Big5's eventual sales ( $689? ) I'll pick one up.
