10rnd mags for the HK p30?

Anyone know if HK makes 10 round mags for this handgun? If not, do P2000 mags work in the P30?

    Thanks.

Well damn. So the only way to get them shooting right (in CA) is to modify the mags to only accept 10 rounds?

        Thanks.

There is little chance of finding any ten round magazines for the P-30. There is even less chance that the gun will make the California "Safe gun" list.
In there wisdom, H&K made sure the magazines for the P-30 would not fit any other H&K gun.

          Fantastic.

Well, my dad is a welder, so maybe he can fix the mags permenantly. If he did something like that, would those mags be legal to own in CA? I'm assuming they would.

            Yes.

            CA Penal Code 12020
(c)(25) As used in this section, "large-capacity magazine" means any ammunition feeding device with the capacity to accept more than 10 rounds, but shall not be construed to include any of the following:
            (A) A feeding device that has been permanently altered so that it cannot accommodate more than 10 rounds.

There is no ETA on 10 round magazines for the P-30.

We do not currently have a time frame on the 10rd P30 magazines. We will post as soon as they come in.

might wanna check HKpro, there's a thread about 10rnd mags for the P30. Something about Canada only aloud to have 10 rnders so they had to make 'em for Canada.

Anyone have any info on when or even if HK is going to make ten round mags for the P30??? I really want a P30 but I'm in a ten round state. Thanks in advance for any constructive info.

The 10 round mags have been available for several months now. I bought 2 from HK direct back in March. I want to say they were about $30 each.
