GREAT CALGUNS EXPERIENCE!!

IDK if this is the "correct forum", but too bad..Here it goes. Until this morning, I had never done a PPT for a firearm with someone that I didn't know.I had purchased & sold some firearms from & with friends, but no strangers & especially no one from the internet or any forum. But, i had a G19 that i wanted to trade for an M&P 9mm so I figured, I'll try Calguns. This morning, we met at Ammo Bros. in Ontario for the PPT. I won't say which Calgunner, I'm not sure if he wants to be known. But , i am SUPER happy to report that everything went smoothly ..He had what he promised, I had what i promised..No drama..It was great!!i just wanted to share this experience. i know that many people post about negative experiences. but not many positive ones. Thank you Calguns..And thanks to the Calgunner that i had the transaction with..You know who you are!!

I like guns and Harley motorcycles. Both groups are made of really good people. I have had many transactions with calgunners and its always been as smooth as can be.

I had a horrible experience with the first calgunners I sold a gun to, after the paper work was halfway done he cut the price down on me after we had already agreed on a price and everything days in advance. other than that nothing but really cool people!

I am also a new Calgunner that has yet to master the iTrader system. If Meety Peety would be kind enough to give a little more information on how to do this, it would be great.

PS: Ive been able to follow up and give ratings where the other party has inititated, I just dont know how to start an iTrader rating feedback.

Being truthful to help fellow Calgunners (in their future transactions) can come back at you. I had a recent experience where a Calgunner didn't show for an appointment and never bothered to call, e-mail or text as to why. Its no fun setting aside time in your day, deal w/ L.A. traffic at a mutually agreed location and wait for nearly 30 minutes when your buyer (or seller) is a no-show without explanation (I reached out twice w/o a response). In retaliation for leaving an unfavorable rating, he does the same (if only there was an ounce of truth to his comments).

Other then this unfortunate circumstance, it has been such a pleasure buying or selling through Calguns. Good friendships continue to flourish through this forum.

I too had a great transactions with a few different Calgunners, I have only good things to say about most members, I have sold and bought guns through here and each transaction has been very smooth, except for the guy that decided he didn't want to sell his gun on the day I was headed to buy it. Thank You Calguns!
