Now that Prop. 47 has passed,

Does that mean the gun theft can get away from other stricter gun laws?

For example, CCW, I assume most gun thefts do not apply for CCW before they steal weapons.

What about bullet button? If a gun theft stole a gun without bullet button, it is still a misdemeanor?

What about a previously convicted felony stole a gun, is it a misdemeanor again?

It almost sounds like I should just stole my friends guns and have him stole mine. Wait a minute, what about straw purchase?

    Any thought?

Don't steal your friend's gun, and if applicable, limit the inhalation of herbal remedies.
