If I buy AR 9mm lower now...

Trying to see what my options are or are NOT starting next year. I'm thinking about buy an AR 9mm lower. If I understand correctly - if I use it for a pistol built then, I can't use it later for a carbine built down the road?


So are all AR pistols banned starting next year even building one with a registered lower?

You need to do more research you can not buy a lower as a pistol in CA.
