    Shipping Firearm Into California

I have a person the the LA area that wants one of my firearms.

Do I need to have an FFL ship it to CA or can I ship it to the FFL? I have read that some FFL's will not accept private party shipments some will? Can we get clarification?

You will need to contact the FFL you will be shipping to. It is up to them if they want to receive a non FFL transfer.

Tell the buyer to provide you with a FFL.
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.
