Has anyone ever had a store owner open their store to fix your problem? I have! Richard of ARD (AR15 depot), opened his store for me as I had to drive 50 mi. to the store. He met me, fixed my problem and then closed. I have purchased several things from him and never a problem he didn't take care of.
Product and service is great.
I'm new to the website and don't know if I'm doing this right. If not, someone please let me know.

Yeah...A lot of snobs bag on ARD and have never shot their uppers or put them through torture tests as if they knew what they were talking about. These guys love guns and provide budget uppers with what seem to be pretty good quality barrels. I'll be buying a pistol upper from them and will give a range report so people will know. BTW...even if you don't think they have quality stuff...they have just about every configuration you can think of from 7.5" barrels all the way up to 24" and can also build you can upper pretty quickly.

That's good to hear cuz I've been wondering how and what the quality has been from them. Although I wish their barrels were chromed I can handle a conventional version. Anyway for me there store isn't too far away from my place and so I may just take my CC and try one of there uppers.

Owner is a good guy. Took in a hand guard that I wasn't too happy with and exchanged it for an upgrade which he didn't have change for since I only had a C note and he just said bring me the money next time you come in. I don't expect him to do that for everyone but he is very helpful and looking at the wall of uppers and barrels and accessories is worth the trip. He's getting new keymod stuff that is pretty light and cool looking!
