Great PPT experience at Oak Tree Gun Club!

    Great PPT experience at Oak Tree Gun Club!

    The reason I did this thread is that I have had bad incidents in the past there and I was vocal about it.

    Well to be Fair I did a PPT with another Great CalGunner (thanks John!) there and it was Great.

    Professional Staff, Quickly Done with no hassles.

    And to show the Advantages of Stores that do PPT without hassles, while I was there I bought another Handgun, a MIB Colt New Frontier Scout in .22 @$600!

    And even though that meant two mores trips (Scout 30 Day hold wasn't up yet) the Price was good enough to make the extra trip...And I'm 100 Miles away!!

    And since I couldn't DROS both at once due to the Hold they took $25.00 off the price to boot!

      Good to hear other cal gunners are having a good experience there. I love that range.

                              f*** oak tree and their smart gun bulls***. they were all set up to be the "exclusive" dealer of smart guns then lied about it. i don't know why you are supporting them.

                                  Yup! They are the closest outdoor range to me but I stopped supporting them awhile back. I always drive pass OT all the time as well. I rather make the extra drive and shoot in the desert/blm.

                                      I wouldn't do business with them because of that whole fiasco. But that being said I went in there with a buddy to do a ppt and the guy in there was great, talked to me about 1911's and let me hold a bunch knowing I wasn't there to buy that day.

                                              Actually I forgot about the Smart Gun Fiasco...

                                              And I had to meet the Seller somewhere halfway...

                                              The Range was packed, busy everywhere, apparently the Average guy doesn't follow CalGuns Vendettas!

                                              I've had issues with them over past Customer Service, this was a Great Experience for a Necessary Evil Mandated by the State.

                                              The Additional Buy was MY Choice, Rare gun at the Right price, how many would REALLY pass that up? Hmm?
