New gun shop in Montebello ***Mount Star Arms***

Found a new shop down the street in Montebello. Met the owner Jose today to dros my rifle, was a real down to the earth type a guy; told me he's primarily a machinist who builds his own ARs but finally got around to opening his shop (doors have only been open for 3 months). Prices were relatively decent and best of all he does SSE, for the time being. If you're in the area swing by doesn't have a lot of inventory in house, but has everything on his site readily available, and is more than willing to answer any questions one may have.

Been dealing with him for about two months, now. I needed to find an FFL with high capacity permit when purchasing my HK VP9 online. I found him via Gunbroker. He accepted my VP9 purchase, did the SSE and permanently blocked my mags to 10-rounds. Out the door, I paid $754 for my VP9.

I second that, Jose Luis is a really cool dude. He mainly sells through his website (which is part of a network of firearms sellers) so, he really doesn't have much stock. But, his prices are great. I also purchased another handgun which saved me $75 over the other shops. He does fabricate AR-15s which are really nice and at really decent prices. Planning to get two in the near future.

I do highly recommend him for your SSE needs or simply when looking to buy a firearm. I will continue to give him my business!
