If this has already been discussed just dump it but it seems as though the Calif. Fish and Wildlife is getting a new battle rifle a P308. Anyone else know anything more than this?

Looked it up on Google. It appears to be an AR10 based rifle platform.

I don't think in the form they would be in would be legal there would they? After all they don't have to follow the rules and laws the normal citizen has to follow do they? Exempt.Comment
