Laurie Smith couldn't care less.

She has demonstrated that consistently. Even if all the LEOs in Santa Clara County magically vanished and she was the only LEO left, she still wouldn't issue.

She consistently evades any debate on this topic too.

Your best chance at an LTC in Santa Clara County is to become a LEO yourself, win the lottery and contribute a ton of money to Laurie Smith or move out of the county.

It is a sad reality.

You could probably find out a lot of a person by how they would answer that last question " hes outside what do i do?" . now most of us said BLAST HIM, or get your gun, or buy a gun etc etc but i would be intrigued with what some non gun owners would respond.

when talking to people who do not own guns i try to paint a picture for them as to why they should own a gun. Now im a semi tall guy being 6'4 220 lbs. i will tell them what would you do if i broke into your house? if i had a gun with me and you didnt? i could litterally play god with your family and you would not be able to do anything about it. then i talk about how the firearm is the greatest equalizer ever. i use that same scenario but replace them with an 80yo woman holding a double bbl 12g shotgun. now that 80 yo old has power. works almost everytime for me...

i know that was a little OT but felt like sharing that.
