Would this be a legal rifle in California??

I would like to build an AR using a Lone Wolf G9 Receiver w/ KAK extended pistol tube & Sig SB15 Arm Brace with a Lone Wolf 10.5" 9mm Carbine Upper.

Would this be considered a legal rifle in the Banana Republic of California???

The link doesn't show any rifles with 10.5" barrels or without stocks. Both of which are things you are proposing. I'm thinking that you need to do a LOT more research prior to doing anything with AR15s or other firearms.

            I second this.^^^

You will not be building a rifle if you are using a 10.5 inch barrel and a sig arm brace.
you would be building a pistol. Since you can't DROS a pistol lower by itself in CA(and you can't build a short barreled rifle), it will have to be a complete pistol that is single shot in order for you to build this. An FFL with an 07 license should be able to do what you want. It will not be cheap.

Is it time for an 80% glock magazine lower receiver? Someone oughta do that.

You run the risk of getting popped for an SBR, since it sounds like you'd be using a lower that was DROS'd as a longgun with a barrel less than 16".

There is also uncertainty with regard to the sig brace on any AR pistol in CA. Yes some people are running it, while others caution against its use. The ATF determination that the sig brace can be used on AR pistols does not apply to CA's state SBR ban necessarily. There is no one that can definitively claim the sig brace is legal on an AR pistol in California.
