Federal officials on Monday will lift a ban on target shooting on north state land managed by the Bureau of Land Management.
Target shooting will again be allowed, from a half-hour before sunrise to noon daily, on the BLM's 250,000 acres in Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama, Trinity and Butte counties, spokesman Jeff Fontana said.
