    Voter ID and gun ID

"We are extremely heartened by the court's decision, which affirms our position that the Texas voter identification law unfairly and unnecessarily restricts access," US Attorney General Eric Holder wrote in a statement

So if the AG of the USA says that having ID unfairly and unnecessarily restricts access, could we not use this precedent and apply it to gun purchases?

Well, the way I see it is even if we could use that "precedent" as you explained, it would soon be overturned anyway by the U.S. Supreme Court. ...just as soon as Holder gets appointed for life there by Obummer.

So it's all a moot point anyway.

Only a democrat could be racist enough to believe black people do not have ID cards .

          What are they thinking ?

The possibility of Holder getting on SCOUS is one of the (recent) biggest reasons to get a Republican majority in the senate in November and pray that it doesn’t happen during the lame duck session.
