anyone use NRA's Emergency Assistance Plus?

Received a packet from the NRA offering insurance to fly me/family to another hospital and other things in case I became ill or injured while traveling. I googled it looking for reviews, but about all I found were websites from the insurance company saying how great they were.

Does anyone here have it. And more important, if needed, did it work and pay bills. Or is this just a scam?

The guy who was handling my PPT at Turner's mentioned it and spoke highly of it. Then again...he was trying to sell NRA memberships, so that may be why.

I have a similar coverage, but it's through a dive company and only applies to divers. They used to cover a hospital flight, chamber use (extremely expensive) and medical bills. Not sure how the NRA's works though.
