Cerakote and customer service

So in August I bought a starter kit from cerakote to do my stuff myself. I was super excited because I enjoy being able to do my own stuff. So about a week ago I was finally ready to give it s go. As I got the spray gun together I figured I should test it out with some thinner to see what patterns I could adjust out, better than Wasting the burnt bronze I figure. Well the gun had issues leaking and for the life of me I could not find the leak. It kept coming from the the underside of the cup at the body somewhere. I partially disassembled it thinking I had solved it with reassembling and making sure all was tight. Mixed up the color and went at it. The gun leaked like crazy. I managed to get the job done though. Losing a ton of material. I should have tested it again. So here's my praise.... .....
Customer service. A lost art these days but the man at cerakote whom I dealt with was spot on and took awesome care of me. After emailing a pic and a few questions later bam! New gun on the way. I am happy to say Matt a cerakote has renewed my faith In Great customer service. To some it may not seem like much but to me it means a whole lot. I will undoubtedly plug cerakote to everyone I know. The product is great and the possibilities are endless with it. The finish is awesome. I can't wait to do my other stuff as well as some of my family's stuff. Deal with confidence when dealing with cerakote. A good company good product and great customer service !!!!!

FYI Matt not only does customer service he is one of the Master Painters at Cerakote and does some of the Certification Classes.

Yes I have said this before dealing with both Cerakote and the people at Cerakote give you true sense of satisfaction you are getting the best.

That's great to hear. I've been wanting to start coating my own things for about a year now, but I've been buried in other projects. Customer service is huge in my book, and after reading that I'm a little more eager to start spraying.
