Ruger 10/22 certificate, need NorCal FFL!

Hello Calguns,
I've just acquired a certificate giving me a Ruger 10/22 from the factory. The certificate says to send it in with a FFL certificate and they will ship the rifle to the FFL, where I would then complete the appropriate paperwork and have my rifle after the waiting period.

Does anyone know a FFL (Solano County area) who would do this without charging me an arm & a leg? Thanks.

Call Dave Adams at Blue Ridge consulting in Vacaville( great guy and reasonable fees ) or Fairfield Pawn in Fairfield.Both easy to deal with.
