Please help me identify some odds and ends

    Hi all.

A ways back I acquired a sizable load of items from the estate of a life long shooter.

It has taken me awhile to go through all of it and I have a box full of "what's this" items I am hoping you can help me identify.

Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!

    So here we go:

#1 seems to be a military riffle cleaning kit, anyone know what rifle:

#2 I'm guessing number two is some sort of front sight tool?

#3 seems to be part of the fore stock of a WWI / WWII era rifle, anyone know it?

#4 I am guessing is a holster for a WWI / WW2 era European pistol of some sort.

#5 seems to be a rubber military mag pouch. It has the following markings inside: 8465-12-178-346 1987 OFW

#6 appears to be a 22 cal compensator for a pistol I'm thinking. It has no markings.

Lastly #7 appears to be some sort of scope mount system but I've never seen anything like it.

The cleaning rods you have look just like the ones that came with my FN/FAL .308 rifle I bought back in the '80's.

Pretty sure those are FAL Mag Pouches and FAL Cleaning Kit

Think that is a Enfield Scope Mount

The holster looks like it's for a Polish P-64.

              Maybe a model 41.

That comp won't fit on many snub-nose 38s.

Nope. Those are HK-G3/HK-91 mag pouches from the late 1970s & mid 1980s. They came with the mags for a long while.

I had a bunch of those that I got rid of recently on Gunbroker.

If some level of government had that information, what would they do with it? How would having that info benefit public safety? How would it benefit law enforcement?

We already have the only reasonable Gun Control we need, It's called the Second Amendment and it's the government it controls.
