Make sure you have verifiable proof through calguns PM....all other methods of communication are not usually accepted as they can be manipulated.

It seems like this situation has happened before to the seller. Dont know the whole story but it looks like you sold to a higher price offer after the original deal was agreed to. Not saying this is true but that's how your 2 neutrals read.

Go to the forum section (one that shows all section topics) scroll all the way down and pick and choose which mod you want to speak with.

Kes, Lib 69mach and CGNStaff seem to be the most active from what I've seen.

GL I hope it all gets sorted out.

I don't see what the big deal is. The seller and buyer can agree on a price but if the buyer doesn't pay within 12 or 24hr I usually sell to someone else who is ready to pay right away.

I only communicate through PM where it is saved and NEVER allow anyone to posted anything in my sale threads, good, bad or indifferent if I can help it.

I kind of disagree. I think many should be given a weekend if agreed upon. I my self and just about every sale I've ever been to is traded or sold on the weekend. Again I like many have full time jobs and either have no time during the week to meet or when we are avalible gun stores are closed and long gone.

So I see where you come from, but being a dealer needs to be accessed to complete the transaction I think a week should be the norm. Again because I my self and not many others here can commit next day, usually Saturday or Sunday is the soonest days possible, buying or selling.

But if they miss the first upcoming weekend, to me they/I are SOL.

I'm just coming from both sides, I've been ripped and under or resold a few times, and I've been MIA'd then a week or 2 later they wonder where and why my gun/part was sold to another party..
