Need Input: What guns do I sell?

I am getting more and more in to milsurps and less and less into modern firearms. I would like to sell a couple of the modern but can't decided. All of these guns have memories, which makes it even tougher! Still on the fence on this one some input from you folks may help. Here's the modern guns:

    (From left to right)
    H&R 20 GA Single Shotgun
Mossberg 12 GA Shotgun (w/slug barrel-also has another barrel for birdshot)
Mossberg 20 GA Shotgun (no slug barrel)
Marlin Model 60 .22 (changed out the scope: see additional pic)
Winchester Model 70 (featherweight) .270 cal w/3X9 Burris Scope
    (At bottom of pic)
Ruger Mk III 22/45 .22 cal
Ruger P95 DC 9MM (My night stand gun)

    Pic of Marlin w/new scope:

The .270 I prob won't part with, that most likely will be handed down to my son and the .22 I prob won't sell since it's the only .22 rifle I own.

Having to sell guns can suck, that's why it's so hard to decide which one to sell first, in reality you don't really want to sell any of them, it's just an easier way of raising the cash need to acquire new guns, that's why you always here guys and gals regret selling a gun they once owned.

I'd keep most of them as most of them aren't very vauable and at least to me wouldn't be worth selling just to have a small amount of cash. I commonly see used Marlin 60's for around $100 and single shot H&R/NEF shotguns at same price or even less.

The mossy's are probably going to get you $300 the single shot $75-100 if they where mine I'd keep them and mow some lawns if I needed less than a grand or just wanted to buy some new guns.

If you absolutely had to sell, sell the ones bolded.

Thanks for the input - It has made me jump off the and land on the side of:
                    I'M KEEPING THE GUNS!

(Much too the disappointment of my wife - she thinks I own too many guns anyhow!) As I Swan said what I would be selling wouldn't get that much $$$$$ and if I wanted to replace them, it would cost me twice as much.
In my many-many-many years of owning guns (more years than I care to remember) I've only sold three guns:
                    A marlin 336 in 30-30 (which was a trade-in + cash) for the model 70
                    A Remington 760 pump in 30-06 (I truly didn't like it)
A Ruger Blackhawk in .357 (needed cash at the time -no choice)

With the exception of the 760, I really regretted selling those guns and wish I hadn't!

most of us change our focus with gun collecting at some point or another, and sometimes sell what we have to get what we want. strangely enough, we usually go full circle and come back to the point where we first started… and then regret selling the ones we had in the first place.

hold on to what you've got and move forward with new acquisitions.

I go through selling, then buying phases....but I always have a select few that will never be sold.

Will NEVER sell another gun. Regretted every one I sold, so never again.
