Divorce And Gun Restraining Order

With all the hype over the so called gun restraining order that is up in Sac. who has gone thru a divorce so bad that your wife( or husband) would use this against you in a nasty legal battle. In my view I think wives And i'm not saying all wives but some wives maybe hateful enough to use this law in if comes on line even thought there is a so called misdemeanor statue that prevents abuse. But that would have to be seen.

Forget about a gun issue; they'll claim you're molesting the childrun. That's the nuclear option where you spend all your time and money staying out of prison instead of dealing with custody and money. I saw a couple of guys go thru it, wasn't pretty...One guy had to pay $35 an hour to have a professional monitor him while he saw his 4 kids....to stop him from molesting them...

Guy I know went through 3 years of hell ans whispering, because an ex was vindictive.

She claimed he molested his daughter.
Statistics show that it is very unlikely/rare for a biological parent to molest their own child. Doesn't matter.

A gun restraining order is way down on the list of the crazy ex.
Molestation and violence are easy ones. They get you locked up *AND* you lose your guns.

The gun thing was high on my ex-whores list. Thankfully my brother had taken all my(and my daughters) guns/bayo etc away when the 3 cop cars showed up to take them. I had taken my two 50bmg rifles to a sheriff friend in Nev.
They(actually the one short try to intimidate one) told me I had 24 hours to sell or turn them in. Nothing ever became of it.
My LE friend told me to never turn them into the LE.

She also tried to take and keep my daughter from me. She was 16 years old and refused to go be with her mother and her boyfriend. It was a 4.5 year battle.

My advise is to remove all firearms/pellet guns etc from the house as soon as things start going south. Also sell them to others before the divorce is filed......even if the receipt are gotten after the papers are filed
