The handgun wait isn't going anywhere. The judge put a stay on it until a new law is passed.

That will happen when Feinstein joins the NRA.

Actually Harris appealed and asked for another 12 month stay. It'll probably be another 3-4 years until we get a ruling on the appeal.

I remember when the waiting period was 15 days on handguns.

heck I remember being able to cash and carry rifles out the door. I cannot wait for that 10 wait for those who already have firearms will be able to take the gun home same day.


one thing for sure is that the legislature isn't gonna like writing it up. the best part is they have to do it.
