CA gun laws suck because...

1. Regarding CCWs. CA is a "Right Restricted-Very Limited Issue" state. Therefore, not an overall right to carry state.
2. Local gun stores can't protect themselves.

CA gun laws suck because they focus only on 'the gun' and not on 'the crime' when it comes to "gun crime". they are just feel- good laws that do nothing to protect the citizens of this state.

L.A. shooting= Ban on assult weapons and high cap mags
Someone decides to shoot a .50cal in public at people= Ban on .50cals
Underage kid buys handgun ammo at Walfart in Alameda County and uses the ammo in a crime= No cheap ammo for sale at Walfarts in Alameda County
What's next? Kid shoots another kid in the eye with a squirt gun and now a ban on squirt guns.....
