Questions about Single Action Revolver Exemption?

I'm new to this forum so I apologize if this is in the wrong section.
I wanted to get this revolver. http://www.taurususa.com/product-det...egory=Revolver
I was wondering how much it would cost to convert it to single action and which places could do this for me? I know that revolvers have delicate mechanism so would doing this damage the gun in any way? Thanks.

KIT: flathead screwdriver, (the one I use for S&W is 0.153" across)
    ziploc bag, paperclip

you can do this yourself if the shop cannot do it for you, but make sure they are ok with it, and bring the correct size flathead, not sure of the size of the screws on that particular gun.

lest you mar up or damage the screws.
after removing the mainspring and hammer, the double action sear can be popped out, push the pin thats holding it in with the paperclip, just do it in a ziploc bag, and dont lose the tiny spring.
