    Online Ammo sales lawsuit

I know how I feel about this, I just don't want to post it on the web.

The lawsuit alleges that Lucky Gunner, the Sportman's Guide, BulletProofBodyArmorHQ.com and BTP Arms negligently supplied Holmes.

I wish we had judges with the guts to dismiss lawsuits like this before they ever get into their court, and to then sanction lawyers that try to use the courts to get media attention. I sympathize with the family of the victim, but this is not justice - it's politics.

Thanks for posting a different article though. I hate trying to watch video on my phone.

While I feel sorry for those parents, they are being victimized all over again by antis pushing their agenda.

"How can anyone order over 4,000 rounds of ammunition without raising any red flags? Why weren't any questions asked of the person who bought all of this ammunition?" said Sandy Phillips."

4000 rounds? I might consider that a good day of ammo buying.

They say that he ordered 700rd of ammo and a 100rd drum mag from Sportsmans Guide. I imagine he didn't order anything more unusual than that from anyone else. That's easy to blow through in a day at the range, so what do they think the stores should have done?

I do not think that the law suit will fly. How could they have known what he was gonna do. It is not illegal yet to buy that much ammo.

I wish I had the loot to get that much! So how about red flags with people by but cases and cases of beer and drink? How about we look into women that have gotten more then one abortion or have multple kids by more then one man? Red flags for people that own more then one car!
