RPKs are legal in CA if you have a BB or MMG on it. They are magazine fed not belt fed. I have two of them (A Yugo and a Romanian RPK). They're just like AKs in that respect. I think you're talking about the PKM. The Soviet LMG similiar to the US M249 SAW. First, they have to be semi-auto, then loose the pistol grip somehow (I don't think PKMs came with spade grips like the M1919s), then you can only have linked rounds of 10 rounds or less. Someone chime in if I forgot something. And they are expensive like $6000.00

You can get a 1919 here legally even with the pistolgrip for somewheres around $1k

I think you mean RPD, since that's the belt-fed.

The 7.62x54mmR PKM is not similar to the 5.56x45mm M249/Minimi.

The PKB is a PK fitted with spade grips.

Ah yes, sorry I meant PKM not RPK. So Belt fed is legal as long as you keep your belts to 10 rounds or less, and it doesn't have a pistol grip? LOL Thanks!

You guys wouldn't be able to get the the ChainSAW. Trey Knight made that himself out of a Stoner 63, and it's the only one in existence. Same with Trey's helmet 10/22. Trey is a great guy. These were just made to mess around with at the Silencer Shoot, and will never be in production.

It's a post-86 machinegun (KAC Stoner LMG with the "chaingun" mod).

I'm interested in the trigger/rear grip set up.
May be possible to use it on a host of semi-auto only belt-fed firearms.
