Which county for CCW?

Hey guys, quick question. After reading up on CCW, I've come to understand that I can apply for a permit in either the county that I live in or the county that I work in. Currently my permanet address is in Madera county, but I work in Fresno county. I also currently reside in Fresno county but will be most likely moving back to Madera in the next year or so. I know both Sheriff Mims and Sheriff Anderson are actually pretty good at issuing permits to those with good cause, so I;m just wondering where would be best for me to apply. Thanks...Tim

The CCW based on work is very short-term - PC 12050

(2) (A) (i) Except as otherwise provided in clause (ii),
subparagraphs (C) and (D) of this paragraph, and subparagraph (B) of
paragraph (4) of subdivision (f), a license issued pursuant to
subparagraph (A) or (B) of paragraph (1) is valid for any period of
time not to exceed two years from the date of the license.
(ii) If the licensee's place of employment or business was the
basis for issuance of the license pursuant to subparagraph (A) of
paragraph (1), the license is valid for any period of time not to
exceed 90 days from the date of the license.

Looks like I missed that one. Madera it is! Seems to be easier there, and the required class is free. Thanks for the clarification!
