Guy from CA won't sell upper to CA residents

WTS- 10 inch upper.
Was cleaning out some things and came across a 10" A2 barreled upper receiver, .223. I got this back in 1998, for who knows what reason. I'm unsure of the builder. No dings/wear or tear. Other uppers are sellling anywhere between $380-450, I will let this go for $300.00 delivered. I can photos upon request, no california sales, sorry, I dont want the headaches.

I IM'd him and gave him a short lesson on CA laws and invited him to join Calguns.

Anyone else want to let him know?

DPMS is another entity that will not sell uppers to CA.

I was putting together an AR-308 build early this year, and DPMS would only send the upper to my brother in Oregon.

I wound up cancelling the order and going with a Fulton Titan upper, and am very glad I did. A much better product, better customer service, and competitive price.
