the type of licence one can have. 01 is for late model rifles and handguns...for example the 03 FFL is C&R 50+ year rifles and handguns only..The person Im trying to make a deal with needs to ship this to FFL, because its an out of state transfer..Im hoping to find some local person rather then paying high price at the stores..
this is what I understand it to be, I may be wrong however.t
