    Sure looks like you got it right.

    The guy doing the demo looks really comfortable around guns, he expertly points at the round about to be chambered. Then hits the slide lock with left thumb .

    Apparently holding the gun incorrectly and violently shaking it causes the malfunction .

    This smells like Bloomberg or other gungrabber type stunt .

      That's up to debate. Many will say that negligence is not accidental as it could be prevented. Then some people will claim they are both unintentional so they are. Issue of semantics that ultimately leads nowhere.

          Ain't that the truth!!

          Saw a YT vid recently where an instructor was demoing a malfunction in a student's glock 19. Every 3rd or 4th try it fired when the slide was dropped. The student had "improved" his trigger.

          Those are not typical NDs, but unintentional discharges, certainly caused by negligence.

            No. Words have meaning, and no amount of self righteous blathering from the "it's negligent not accidental" crowd will change the meaning of the words.
