During the subsequent investigation that closed the slow lane for a short period, officers allegedly found a TEC-9 assault weapon tucked under the driver's seat along with ammunition. One of the guns was registered to Green and one wasn't but scanner reports did not reveal which weapon belonged to Green.

Anyone wanna bet the Glock was registered? The tec-9 was probably bought on the street?

Are you serious? thats the dumbest thing I ever heard. Why the hell would he wait until one cuff was on to decide it was the time to ambush? Also, if you were ambushing, wouldnt it be prudent to get the guns out BEFORE you were getting arrested?

Are you for real? If the charges are still pending, it is in your best interest to shut up yesterday and talk to an attorney. And under no circumstances should you answer in the affirmative on a public forum when someone asks if you "fought the cops."

Just like the guy that was already handcuffed before drawing out his weapon and firing it while handcuffed. He hit the Officer and the Officer went down...he then walked up on the Officer and put the gun to the Officers head but fortunately the gun was dry...the two responding Officers then took out the suspect. So yes...they would wait till they are being handcuffed.

Guess real life shows it's not so dumb.
